Buster Brown was adopted from SICSA at the age of 10 months in November of 1999. Joann Hughes had been fostering him due to his intolerance of kennel life. Joann and Leeann became fast friends and volunteered together at SICSA teaching the training classes there. They then decided to form their own training business and started on their way to becoming Certified Pet Dog Trainers.

Buster is a Lab/Spaniel mix with high energy and high ball drive. He is the first dog that Leeann clicker trained using all the new skills she was learning. Being her guinea pig is just fine as long as the treats keep coming! Buster's favorite things to do include clicker training, chasing squirrels, de-gutting squeaker toys, and of course, fetching tennis balls.
